A private conversation to understand the day, the people, and the feeling you want your guests to carry home.

A bespoke design brief: color story, signature stems, the architecture of every arrangement, presented in person.

Sourcing
Stems sourced from Holland, Ecuador, Italy, and Japan, conditioned at the atelier forty-eight hours before the event.

Installation
Our team arrives early, designs onsite, and stays through reveal. Logistics handled, calmly, in the background.

Every detail edited until it is right. Then we step back, and the day becomes yours.

An atlas of stems.
The right peony is grown by one farm in the Netherlands. The right garden rose comes from a quiet hillside outside Quito. We work with growers we know by name.

Does The Loren Project only design for weddings?
Weddings are the heart of the practice, but the atelier also designs for resort and destination events, corporate occasions, and private soirées, and offers Stems in Stock, premium everyday florals gathered weekly.
How early should we reach out?
The atelier takes on a small number of weddings, resort partnerships, and private events each season, and the earliest conversations are often the best ones. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Every project is designed at the Bonita Springs atelier, then traveled and installed onsite by the team, anywhere in the world.
Can we visit the atelier?
By appointment. The atelier is at 28290 Old 41 Rd, Unit 18, Bonita Springs, Florida, and keeps hours Monday to Friday, 10AM to 3PM. Directions are here.
Where do your flowers come from?
Stems are sourced from growers the atelier knows by name across six regions, then conditioned in-house for forty-eight hours before the event. The atlas tells the whole story.
What happens after we send an inquiry?
You hear back within one business day, often the same afternoon. From there the work moves through five quiet steps: discovery, concept, sourcing, installation, and reveal.
